What kind of delivery method Okada is using?
Delivery charge of an order is being calculated by the packed order weight, you can choose the couriers during the process of placing the order, delivery fee will be shown by your click of choice. If you have an account of the courier above, write clearly your account number at the time you choose the way of delivery. The delivery charge will be debited to your courier account.
Local delivery: HK post or local courier of our choice
International delivery:
Fedex, Hong Kong speedpost (EMS) and we have also our choice of courier which may have better price from Fedex and EMS. We always update their price list to sort of the best price for you and we may change it from time to time.

What is the refund and exchange policy of Okada?
We accept refund or exchange only if the below conditions are all matched. However final decision will be made by Okada after investigation and final check after the goods returned to us.
a) Refund policy will apply when we sent wrong goods to customer base on their provided information. Exchange policy applies when customer submits the wrong information when he places the order.
b) Customer will need to contact us by email or fax within 5 days after the good has been received
c) The good is not opened from the packing and it is in original condition
d) Customer is responsible for all delivery expense for exchange. Okada is responsible for delivery expense on refund
e) For product exchange, only product size of the same product can be exchange, exchange to other products are not accepted
We will refund any sum (except the delivery expense) paid to us by you within 30 days after the good has returned to us.
